These 5 Types of Content Attract and Convert Buyers Fast

Did you enjoy your weekend? I certainly did. I came to Memphis to hang out with my family, and it was great reconnecting with our family members. And here we are. And so I wanted to talk to you about some types of content that you can create that will attract and convert buyers very fast.

Audria Richmond®:

But before we dive into that, I wanna tell you a quick little story. So I'm in the process of creating me you know, I'm already actively working on my money team. Right? So I already have an accountant, and she's, like, really, really good at helping me with our money side of things. Right?

Audria Richmond®:

And then on the other side of my life, which is my personal life, I've I recently joined, like, a program for personal development, and that has been going really well, but I also wanna have a mixture of people on my team. So, like, that looks like a life coach, a therapist, and a mindset coach. So those are some of the type of people that I'm looking for. And me, personally, when I'm in the process of getting ready to buy a product or a service or an event ticket or whatever from anybody, the first thing I love to do is research, especially people who like to make educated buying decisions. We like to make sure that we are looking in the right places and finding the right people.

Audria Richmond®:

And so for me, when I'm thinking about the people I wanna look for and, like, who I wanna hire, I'm over here looking on Instagram. I'm looking on Google. I'm looking on YouTube. I'm looking on Facebook. I'm looking on LinkedIn.

Audria Richmond®:

And I'm actually at the place where I'm tired of making social media posts saying, hey, guys. Do y'all know somebody? And people start tagging random people. And the thing about that is that when people start tagging people, I've done that before for a very long time. Whenever I needed somebody, I would say, hey.

Audria Richmond®:

I would make a social media post, and I would ask people to tag people. And I've had some good results that come from that. Right? Like, I recently just had my photo shoot. And so that came as a result of me making a post on social media.

Audria Richmond®:

So there's nothing necessarily wrong with making a post on social media, but I don't necessarily wanna broadcast every single time I need something. You know what I mean? Like, hey, guys. I need a doctor. Hey, guys.

Audria Richmond®:

I need a whatever. Like, I don't necessarily wanna come to Facebook, or any social media platform and disclose every single thing that I need to buy. This is where you come into play. Right? I'm bringing the story full circle, so give me a moment.

Audria Richmond®:

I think that when people are ready to make a buying decision, they are they're literally looking for the right person that give them the right connection, the right level of confidence to be able to say, yeah. I wanna hire you. You're my person. But I can't say you're my person because half the time, some people don't have websites. Or if they do have websites, it's not it doesn't navigate me as a person who's interested in your product product or service in a way that's compelling enough for me to know where to go.

Audria Richmond®:

Right? I'm coming to the website, and I'm confused. I don't know what to click. And then when I do click on something, it's not the information that I need. And then I'm drawn to fill out a contact form or a consultation or discovery call.

Audria Richmond®:

And let me say this y'all, and some of y'all not gonna like me for saying this, but I'm just I'm keeping it 100 with you. Okay? Sometimes people don't want to fill out a long extensive discovery call application and form. Right? Sometimes people wanna be able to come to your website, have enough information to make a decision, and go ahead and spend money with you.

Audria Richmond®:

And the reason I'm saying it is because some of you all could actually probably close on sales directly on the website if you would just make your sales process a lot easier. That's not the point of today's topic, but that is a pointer for you all who may be thinking about how that can apply to your business. Right? Especially if you're in a service based, space. So I wanna talk about the 5 types of content that attract and converts buyers fast.

Audria Richmond®:

And when I say this, I'm more so talking about, content pieces that's fast. Meaning, I can consume it really fast, and I can make a decision really fast. And so when I go through some of these content types, I want you to keep that in mind. Now are there other content types? Absolutely.

Audria Richmond®:

But we're talking about converting people fast. So keep that in mind as we go through this list. So number 1 is well written, expertise style social media post with a strong call to action. So if you've been on LinkedIn or Facebook or Instagram or threads or anything like that, you will notice that the true experts are writing, like, long post. They're giving you tips and pointers.

Audria Richmond®:

They're telling you they're showcasing their expertise by their written content. Right? You can get a client pretty fast if you make a really good post that's compelling enough. And when I say a CTA, I'm talking about a call to action. And if I get to the conclusion of your post and you're telling me to send you a DM or book a call or send a text message or something like that, something that's quick, then you can totally get to the money pretty fast.

Audria Richmond®:

The second one is live streaming. There's nothing 10 people show up, or 10 people show up, that's still 10 whole souls that can hear what you're saying, be able to see what you're selling. If you sell a physical product, you can demonstrate that. If you sell expertise or services, you can talk about that and give case studies and give tips and strategies. And think about it.

Audria Richmond®:

You could go live today and have a client today if you got the right sales process, if you got the right offer, and if you are compelling enough to make people say, oh, I need that right now. How do I go from, oh, I'll wait to, oh, I need that now? That's all in your marketing. Right? That's all in how you, talk about what it is that you have.

Audria Richmond®:

Number 3 is a YouTube video with a call to action. I cannot begin to tell you how even though I'm not getting to my YouTube watch hours as fast as I would like, it does work. People do watch my YouTube videos. People leave comments. They engage with my YouTube videos.

Audria Richmond®:

And the beauty about YouTube, y'all, is that with the right keywords, you can be discovered by anybody in the world. Do you know how big of a deal that is? So so YouTube videos, we literally just enrolled a new client into the launch circle by her watching one of my my last video and joining. So just know that YouTube can work pretty fast because as soon as somebody watched that video, they're going to engage in whatever call to action you give them, whatever you tell them, and they're gonna be excited and ready to work with you. Alright?

The next one is audio content. So if I was selling you something on this audio content at the conclusion of this content, I could give you a call to action, like call us, text us, go to this site, book a call, go here, buy a ticket. Hey. I'm hosting a free workshop. Go over here and sign up.

So that's a quick easy way, for me to get sales as well. Right? So what audio content? This could be a podcast. This can be audio program, or if this could be like quick little workshop that you wanna put together in audio format and then, distribute it.

Audria Richmond®:

Totally up to you. Right? Now the last one you're gonna be like, how is that content, Audria? Stick with me for a second. Facebook ads.

Audria Richmond®:

Okay? And really any type of advertising content. So, you know, Facebook ads, Instagram ads, just any place where you can put yourself out there. Right? I've seen plenty of photos like this.

Audria Richmond®:

Let me give you an example of an ad I've seen. I've seen people take a selfie of themselves, tell a story, and have a call to action as simple as book a call or, you know, shoot me a text message. Right? You don't even gotta be sending people to a website. You can literally write a very compelling caption with a photo of yourself and tell people to text you or call you.

You could totally do that today and start ranking. And and the beauty about Facebook ads and Instagram ads are really most of these ad platforms that you can pick who you wanna target, you can select the age, you can select the interest, and you can even get started as low as $5. Okay. So how can you go from not being in front of no souls until in front of people to go ahead and convert them into what it is that you have to sell? So just a quick recap.

Audria Richmond®:

Number 1, well written expertise style social media post with a strong call to action. Live streaming about your expertise with a strong call to action. Now keep in mind, you can livestream anywhere. YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, x, LinkedIn, pretty much you can go live pretty much anywhere. Right?

Audria Richmond®:

Twitch. Right? You go live on Twitch. So just keep in mind, there's so many platforms that you can go live on. YouTube videos with a call to action, audio content with a call to action, and Facebook ads, Instagram ads, or wherever you can run advertising.

So this is some of the types of content. Right? Just 5 is quick and easy. Pick 1. Get it going.

Let me know if you're going to get it going because it's going to convert buyers fast. And keep in mind that when people are looking for their person, they're looking for you to answer the questions. They're looking for your content to confirm that they need you. They're looking for your content to tell them what to do. They're looking for the right notion that now is the time for me to get started.
