What's up? What's up? What's up? Happy Monday. As you know, we record these on Mondays.

I'm trying to get in the habit of batching these, but I like to record these when I'm in a moment, And I let that guide me on what we like to talk about. I really do hope you all enjoyed our last audio newsletter because my husband was a special guest. So today, we're gonna be talking about reimagining your products and services, and I really this this is actually pulled from 1 of our uncloned masterminds trainees that we've done in the past. It was called it was basically like a a business retreat for our mastermind, and it was all about reimagining various areas of your business.

Audria Richmond®:

I believe I'm gonna, like, unarchive that from the mastermind and really make it available to the public so you all can tap in. But this is probably rated 1 of our best sessions. So just note that I'm only pulling 1 section out of all the areas that we covered, in that training. So for instance, the name of the series was called, well, the name of the virtual intensive was reimagining your business. It was right after my mother passed away, and I thought it would be the I thought it was perfectly fitting to help our clients to kinda go back and revisit some of the decisions you made.

Audria Richmond®:

And the reason for that is is that sometimes when you are doing what you're doing, you you kinda forget the fact that this is your business. You kinda forget the fact that you can change different aspects and elements of your business. You forget the fact that you don't have to tolerate certain things in your business. You forget the fact that you can change and pivot in your business. You forget the fact that you can, you know, archive a product and launch a new 1.

Audria Richmond®:

And so this audio newsletter is really a reminder that you can reimagine any aspect of your business. And so in that series, we, you know, we talked about reimagining your lifestyle, reimagining your vision for your company, reimagining your products and services, which is what we're gonna be talking about today. We talked about reimagining your your marketing and content plan and reimagining your prices and reimagining your team and leadership and reimagining your operations and process and reimagining your exit plan. And so we're gonna I'm quite sure we're gonna turn it into a full series. If y'all want that, just come into the free Facebook group and say, yes.

I want that reimagining your business series. That way I can keep tabs on who's actually listening. Because, you know, I'm in my season of my life where I do not wanna waste my time with anyone paid or free. And, I've been thinking a lot about how I wanna work. And for me personally, my birthday is this month.

Audria Richmond®:

It's on July 20th. As you know, July is typically a very busy month here around here at Unclue Media. But this year, I'm still deciding on if I still wanna do something for this month or if I'm just gonna enjoy my birthday in this season. And during this time, I've been really just reflecting and rethinking and reimagining everything. I've been reimagining the clients I wanna work with.

Audria Richmond®:

I've been reimagining, my body of work. I've been reimagining my future self. I've been you know, whenever I get close to my birthday, I'll always kinda take a step back and look at everything. So I wanna spotlight you reimagining your products and services. And the reason for that is because, you know, sometimes you create products in seasons where you were a different version of yourself.

Audria Richmond®:

Right? And when you're ready to elevate to a new version of yourself, sometimes your current product suite can keep you back. Now this is more of an advanced topic. You may or may not be there yet. You may be thinking like, hey, girl.

Audria Richmond®:

I'm still trying to figure out what I'm gonna sell. But if you are someone who's a little bit more experienced, maybe you've been selling whatever it is that you've been selling for a while now, and you're like, okay. Does this product 1, is it in alignment with me still? Do I still enjoy selling and delivering this product or service? Do I still fall in love with the idea of what it means to me?

Audria Richmond®:

And can I see myself serving and selling this in the next decade or so? And if not, then a, who do I need to become to serve the next evolution of my product suite? And then what does the evolution looks like? Alright? So the way this is going to work, I'm gonna give you a series of questions to really help you think through what that looks like and how you can approach reimagining your products and services.

Audria Richmond®:

If you want to answer these questions privately, you can do that. If you wanna share with the community inside the free Facebook group, the unclone, insiders, free Facebook group or the uncloned marketing free Facebook group. If you wanna come in there and answer your questions, feel free to do so. But I wanna give you a list of questions, and then after that, we're done. I wanted to keep it sweet and tight and quick, and I would love, love, love to see your contribution to this topic.

Audria Richmond®:

But if not, if you wanna handle this in private, that is okay too. Okay? So here are the questions. Number 1, do you still love working with the avatar that your services and products are for? Be crystal clear on who your products are for.

Audria Richmond®:

Are they for beginner it are are they for beginners? Are they for intermediate people? Are they for advanced people? Or are you repelling advanced people? Because it's 2 beginner.

Audria Richmond®:

So begin to think about, like, 1, do you still love? And I mean, love working with the avatar that your service and products are for. Number 2, do you currently enjoy the products and services that you are offering? You know, when you think about your product suite and the things that you sell, are you like, oh my god. I love this product.

Audria Richmond®:

This product is amazing. It's everything that I ever thought, and I could see myself selling this forever. Or do you look at what you sell and you're like, cringe? You're like, oh, I hate selling this. I hate dealing with this.

Audria Richmond®:

I hate, like, what's that feeling? Right? And I know, you know, feelings are temporary and we should not make decisions based on feelings, but a good body of what we do is deeply rooted in how we feel about something. If you don't feel good about it, you're not gonna do it. If you feel great about it, you're gonna be all in on it.

Audria Richmond®:

So it is important to think through your feelings. But at the end of the day, you really wanna know, do you actually enjoy, right, the products and services that you are offering? If you answered no, ask yourself why not? What has changed? What is going wrong?

Audria Richmond®:

Like, what what can I do right? So for instance, inside the 2024 annual planning workshop, which is a great amazing workshop if you haven't got it yet and if you're interested in getting it, you can head over to unclone.shop to grab it. But in that training, we talk a lot about how to audit your offers, so I'm not gonna get into a full blown process on how you audit your offers. But if you're currently selling something now that you no longer enjoy, you really wanna ask yourself why. What what is it about it?

Audria Richmond®:

Is it the price? Is it the people I'm attracting? Is it how long it takes to sell this? Is it the the delivery side of it? Is it like, what is it about it that you don't like?

Audria Richmond®:

And 1, are you willing to change and update and refine it? And if so, what does that look like? And if it is time to let it go, what does transitioning out of that offer and pivoting into something else looks like? Alright? Number 4.

Audria Richmond®:

Right? And really that was a part of the question number 2, but, you know, anyway. So question number 4. Do your products create leverage or subtract your time? You know what kind of life you wanna live.

Audria Richmond®:

Okay? You know the life you wanna live. Does this product or service give you more time or does it take your time? Right? Something to think about.

Audria Richmond®:

Number 5, what products which products or services are not allowing you to advance your vision? So sometimes you can create an offer that handicaps your vision. It's like you might say, I wanna reach 10, 000 people, but you're selling 1 on 1 services. How possible is that? So you wanna make sure that whatever you're offering is actually in alignment with your vision.

Audria Richmond®:

And if it's not, what does this need to look like in order for you to go there? Alright? Number 6, do the type of products and services you create allow for the lifestyle do you desire? Right? So based on the lifestyle you desire, you know, you know you.

Audria Richmond®:

Do you wanna travel more? Do you wanna be able to work on the go? Do you wanna be in a dedicated office every single day? Like, how do you envision your life? And 2, does the work you do allow for you to do that?

Audria Richmond®:

Right? Because if not, then you need to ask yourself again, what needs to change? What do I need to create? Who do I need to become? Alright.

Audria Richmond®:

The next thing I want you to think through is this is number 7. What are some dream products and services you are not currently offering but would love to? This is probably my favorite question of all these questions that we're actually asking right now. What is something that you will love to create, but you're not creating it right now, but you you about to do it. You about to do it.

Audria Richmond®:

So look at this as a July reset. Right? We we're halfway through the year. We still got 6 more months. Is that right?

Audria Richmond®:

No. We got what was this? Yeah. August, September, October, November, December. Oh, no.

Audria Richmond®:

We only got 5 months. So we got if you count this month, we got 6 months. But if you don't count this month, we got 5. So with that being said, I really want you to kinda reimagine your products and services, really rethink what does this look like for me right now in this season. I really do hope and pray that you all enjoyed this audio newsletter.
