How y'all doing? How y'all doing? Tell me how you doing in the chat. Y'all feeling good? Let me know how you're feeling.

Audria Richmond®:

Okay? So I wanted to hop on here and talk about a few things. The first thing I wanted to talk about is, you know, are you wasting time? And and let me explain it because I know it's a lot going on in the world. A lot of people are feeling like, you know, discouraged.

Audria Richmond®:

A lot of people are not feeling like they need to like, how many let's be honest. Let me know in the chat. How many of you all are like, what should I be doing? Should I go live? Should I be putting myself out there?

Audria Richmond®:

Should like, how many of y'all are, like, still trying to decide, like, okay. I don't wanna come out come off as a person that's, you know, insensitive. Right? Like, oh, you know, it's a lot going on. People are losing their jobs and, you know, this crazy shit going on, with with the with the president and all of this shit.

Audria Richmond®:

Right? But let me let me it's a few things I wanna share with you today because at first, I was just having these conversations with my friends, and I was just like, I wanna have these conversations, publicly. And I need you all to know that, like, the morale of people and their ambitiousness is, like, in the dumps. Like, a lot of people are just, like, unmotivated, uninspired, unhappy, defeated. And one thing that I learned from someone that I was watching on YouTube, one of the things that this person was saying, you have to stay close to the fire.

Audria Richmond®:

Right? You have to stay close to the fire. The worst thing you can do when you don't know what to do is to isolate. Okay? And let's be honest.

Audria Richmond®:

How many of you all are a part of programs? You're not showing up. You're not coming to the calls. You're not asking questions. You're not taking up space.

Audria Richmond®:

You're not going live. You're not creating content. Like, let's be honest. Right? And so one of the things I noticed is a lot of people when your confidence is in the dumps, you you may cancel stuff.

Audria Richmond®:

You may, start shrinking. You may start isolating. You may stop connecting. You may stop, you may start disengaging. Let me tell you, the closest thing, the worst thing you could do is quit.

Audria Richmond®:

Like, when you are uncertain, the best thing you be thinking of like, oh, I'm just gonna quit. It is what it is, but guess what? You're wasting time. You're wasting time because you're quitting. You're wasting time because you're quitting you're quitting today.

Audria Richmond®:

Right? And you're thinking like, oh, I'll just get back in the game when it get when it gets better. Let me just tell you right now. If you can't weather the storm, you are not an entrepreneur. I've been in business for sixteen years.

Audria Richmond®:

Do you think that my business has always been skyrocketing to the moon and back? Hell no. Okay? It like, that has not been the case. And so if you're one of those people who want your you know, you want your money to be to the moon, but your energy is giving meh.

Audria Richmond®:

Like, you can't be upset when you're not making the sales, when you're not getting the leads, when you're not getting the clients. Because if you're shrinking and you're not putting yourself in an environment where you're staying close to the fire, then you're losing your motivation. You're losing you. It's like and this is another thing. You gotta be careful of who you're talking to.

Audria Richmond®:

Because if you're talk let's say let's say you feel bad. Right? Let's say you feel bad about a lot of stuff that's going on and then you call somebody and they feel bad. What you think is gonna happen? It's two negatives.

Audria Richmond®:

Two negatives have never ever equaled a positive, right? And so, if you negative and they're negative and y'all just having a negative chitchat, then, it's easy to believe that in both of y'all world that you know, that there that the world is ending and it's not. There's a lot of people still getting money. There's a lot of people that still making sales. There's a lot of people who are still showing up despite how they feel and that's another thing.

Audria Richmond®:

You gotta learn how to put your emotions in the back burner because some of you all are so emotionally led and you're not business led and because you lead with your emotions, you make decisions with your emotions and and as someone who is an extremely emotional person, I am totally guilty of that where I may not, you know, feel my best and then it shows up in my work or if I'm not feeling like I'm having a good day, then, I'm not going to create content or if I'm not feeling like, you know, people listening or paying attention, then, I'll start shrinking. Let me tell you, that is not the answer. It is not the answer. You have to learn how to show up and fight through your your fears, fight through your insecurities, fight through, you know, what you may be experiencing and what you're feeling because it will show. It will show in how frequently you show up.

Audria Richmond®:

It will show in your sales when you're ready to make a sale because your confidence will be in the dump. So, anyway, let me introduce myself because some of you all may not may not know who I am, and then I wanna give you some pointers here. So my name is Arjorie Richmond. I'm a marketing and love strategist. I work directly with my clients to teach them how to build uncloned brands and launch profitable marketing campaigns.

Audria Richmond®:

We are the people that you come to when you want to become the obvious choice of your industry. And so I just got off the phone with my coach. I'm trying to find my damn notes. I feel like I wrote some notes. Give me one second.

Audria Richmond®:

I wrote some notes that I wanted to share, and I'm like, it feel like my little notes have just, evaporated. I think I remember what I said, though. Give me one second. Where the hell is my notes in? Unless I I I put it here.

Audria Richmond®:

I don't know. I'm just gonna go off the top of my head. I believe I remember what I had wrote down. But, anyway, this is what I want to say. You wanna make sure that you have someone that you can coach with.

Audria Richmond®:

Right? Now regardless if you are in a high ticket program, low ticket program, I don't really give a shit. But if you are a part of a program where you can, put yourself out there, you wanna make sure that the reason you get a coach, and then this is really why I wanna go with this talk. The reason you get a coach or you coach with someone because they can show you your blind spots. They can show you your weak your your the places where you weak.

Audria Richmond®:

And this is what I noticed because I work with a lot of women. Okay? I work with a lot of women and I'm more on the masculine side of coaching. I understand that I'm probably not the most feminine coach. Right?

Audria Richmond®:

I'm not the most, you know, feminine girly. Right? You know, I understand that. I come off very masculine. But one thing I understand is that because I coach so many women, women tend to be extremely emotional.

Audria Richmond®:

And because we're extremely emotional, we lead with our emotions. We lead with our emotions in business. We lead with our emotions and decisions. We lead with our emotions and everything and because we lead with our emotions, it cripples how we show up in business, right? And so, when you don't, when you when you paying someone to coach you, you have to know how to deal with feedback.

Audria Richmond®:

You have to know how to deal with criticism. If your coach is telling you that something doesn't work, now ain't the time to be like, well, F, you often lead a program. What? Because I told you what was wrong because I'm telling you what to fix. Like, what is this?

Audria Richmond®:

Like, I really think that people join programs to get pat on the backs and not join programs to actually fix what's not working. I will tell you firsthand, when you lean in, when you lean into the coaching you're receiving, when you lean into the support that you're receiving, your coach gonna tell you, this is what's working. This was not working. Your coach is going to be able to identify blind spots, Blind spots that you have not even gotten to yet and if you are in your feelings and in your emotions, that's going to show up in your business. It's going to show up in your content and it's going to show up in how you show up and so, you have your coach to show you blind spots.

Audria Richmond®:

The second reason you have your coach is so you can, brainstorm. Right? I just had a, a session with my event coach. Right? Because I'm I'm producing my virtual conference in July.

Audria Richmond®:

So, I just had a a one on one call with one of my event coaches and one of the things that he was sharing with me, he was showing me like, well, I know you said you wanna do this but have you thought about this? Hey, I know you said that you want this to be your offer but have you thought about this? Because when you get to a certain revenue market, it's easy to believe that you don't need help no more. Like, oh, I done made millions of dollars. I have made millions of dollars online.

Audria Richmond®:

So, it's easy to get to a place where you start smelling yourself and you think that you are above coaching. You think you are above insight. You think you are above feedback. You think you are above criticism and I will tell you, in this day and time, you need to lean in. If you have someone that you're getting coached by, supported by, and they're helping you, you need to be open to the idea of what's happening.

Audria Richmond®:

Does this make sense? Put yes in the chat, alright? Now, the second, the next thing you wanna be thinking about when you're being coached by whoever it is that you're working with, you want someone to help to tell you what's going on in the market. This is why it's important that whoever you decide to work with, they are either in a similar career as you or they have experience coaching people in your particular industry. So, because I'm working with some of the top event coaches in the world, like literally, they literally do three day events, in person events, virtual events.

Audria Richmond®:

They are like the original OGs of event marketing. And so because I'm working with the best, the not I'm not working with you know how sometimes people go and, join somebody's program and then they start trying to reteach they No. I'm talking about these people are the ones that actually created the three the three day business model. I'm not talking about the derivatives, right? I always like to find the source.

Audria Richmond®:

These people are the source. They are the original creators of event marketing and that's who I paid to be my coach. So, anyway, I'm on this call and I'm asking my coach like, hey, what are you seeing in the event market? Like, what are you seeing with event tickets, so on and so forth because not only do they know how to teach and coach people on events but they also have their own studio, right? And so, they produce events for clients and so on and so forth.

Audria Richmond®:

So, I'm not I'm not working with some people who just they did their own event a couple of times and they coaching other people on it. I'm talking about people who have who literally produce 30 to 40 events virtually and in person every single year and so that's who I'm getting my insight from and so, when I'm when I was talking to him today, he was telling me like, well, this is what we're seeing with payment plans. This is what we're seeing with high ticket. This is what we're seeing, with these types of events. This is what we're noticing that if your payments is between this and this, you may not have a high-tech rate as opposed to if your event was like X.

Audria Richmond®:

How the hell do anybody supposed to know that if you're working with someone who has not, who's not in the trenches and that's another thing and this is no shade to people who coach on stuff that they're no longer doing but one of the things you wanna be mindful of, if you're trying to win, you need somebody in the trenches alongside you where they launching and you launching. They making moves and you making moves because when y'all come together, they can tell you, hey, this the move I make. Let's compare moves. You can't compare moves with zero. This is one of the reasons why a lot of times when people join programs, they don't do any work.

Audria Richmond®:

They don't do any work. They they complain. They want things to be fast and accelerated. They don't want they want things to go skyrocket to the moon. They don't wanna be told that that's wrong and that's not right and this is what you need to do and I made it my business, alright?

Audria Richmond®:

I made it my business that going forward, I only wanna coach with clients where I can see that they're actually trying. I don't wanna work with clients who are always complaining about this is not working. This is not working. Then when you ask them like, hey, what have you tried? What have you done?

Audria Richmond®:

It's crickets. And so in this season, you need to ask yourself, do you wanna go fast or do you wanna go slow? And if you're trying to go fast, you want to work with people who've been there, done that. Now is not the time to be trying to Google your way to success or YouTube your way to success and although there are amazing YouTube videos out there, you still trying to figure it out on your own. See, the difference is if I went to my event coach today, right?

Audria Richmond®:

And I was trying to figure out, I mean, let's say I didn't have an event coach. The offer I was actually planning on making at my event wasn't good. I thought it was fire. I was like, oh, my event, my offer is this and this and this and this. And after I talked to him, he was like, well, actually, this is what we're saying, so on and so forth.

Audria Richmond®:

So you have to be again, if I didn't have a coach, how the hell I was supposed to know if it was good or bad? Does that make sense? Like, for instance, something that I thought I was gonna do next year, he was like, actually, you need to do that this year. Here's why. This is what we're seeing.

Audria Richmond®:

This is what we're seeing in the market. So, when you have a coach, when you have someone that you're working with, they can tell you what's working, what's not working, and this another thing. You wanna work with people who are spending money, okay? Like, to this day, I'm still enrolling in programs. To this day, I'm still making investments.

Audria Richmond®:

To this day, I'm still got my finger on the pulse and I'm putting myself out there. And a lot of people want a content and way to success. And I'm I'm not saying that content doesn't work. But when we talk about making real money, the real money is in launches and events. Period.

Audria Richmond®:

So if you see a lot of people putting on launches and or events, that's where the money is. Can you make money with content? Yeah. If you really, really good at content, but unfortunately, a lot of people are not really, really good at content. So because they're not really, really good at content, all they know to do is just post and get a client.

Audria Richmond®:

Post and get a client. Post, get a client and that's amateur to me. However, when you're a pro, you know how to get your money at scale. You know how to get your money one to many. So, I'm not going to sit here and like go through all of this, you know, all of these strategies but the point is and the point of this live stream is, are you wasting time?

Audria Richmond®:

Do you have a coach? Why would you get a coach? One, you want to work with someone who has experience. Two, you want someone that's actively in the trenches. Three, you want someone who can tell you, hey, this is not working y'all.

Audria Richmond®:

I tried this. I spent this kind of money. This is what we're seeing. This is the, you know, I spent $20,000 I spent $30,000 This is what we're seeing in the marketplace. I just saw another one of my coaches.

Audria Richmond®:

He said he spent like a million dollars a week. Think about that. A million dollars a week. I can't call my friend who may not want to spend money on an ad and ask them, girl, what you think or what's your feedback? You need to be careful of who you're getting feedback from because what I'm not gonna do is be talking to broke people about rich conversations.

Audria Richmond®:

Does that make sense? Like, I'm not gonna be what I look like calling somebody who ain't making no money, who ain't putting themselves out there, who's not thinking big, who's not making big moves, who got low confidence, who don't believe in themselves. What I look like calling them and saying, hey, girl. Can you tell me what I supposed to be doing with my business? No.

Audria Richmond®:

I'm not doing that. I'm not doing that. Like, I hung out with my friend girl last night and she was showing me a freaking spreadsheet with 800 reels on it. Okay? These were pending, by the way.

Audria Richmond®:

Okay? Get you those type of friends. Get you those type of friends who's like, yeah. I just hired this person, and I'm flying this person in and flying that person. Like, you need to have people around your circle or you need to be getting coached by people who are making those types of moves because let me tell you something.

Audria Richmond®:

If your confidence is in the dumps right now, you need to go watch a damn motivational video. You need to go watch a sermon. You need to go you need to go find something. Right? Like, whenever I'm like, no, baby.

Audria Richmond®:

I'm not going to have my my emotions in the dumps. I'll go straight to YouTube and type in motivational video or I might call a friend or I might journal or I might go and find like interviews of people who win it. Like, I want to stay close to the fire and that's essentially what I'm saying. You do and and this is what I'm saying y'all. Because I'm trying to calm down.

Audria Richmond®:

I need you all to know that you will not win if you quit. Okay? You will not build a legacy you wanna you wanna build if you quit. You will not get the clients you desire if you quit. And this is the kicker.

Audria Richmond®:

Don't nobody even care if you quit. That's what makes this thing so sad and so worse. Is that if you quit, your your people are just looking for the next person who ready to move and it's always the cycle of motivation and quitting. Motivation and quitting and motivation and quitting and then it's always that small subset of people who go out and kill it and win and become the leaders of this world. The people that you admire who is killing it, they've been in the game for ten, fifteen, twenty years and they're putting themselves out there consistently.

Audria Richmond®:

You better believe they had bad days. You better believe they had days where they was like, I don't know if to, I don't even know if I should be able to do this. You better believe they went through some type of bankruptcy or some type of financial hardship. You better believe that they've been through something. The only difference between the people who winning and the people who aren't are the people who didn't quit and the people who quit.

Audria Richmond®:

Does that make sense to everybody? So I just wanted to share that because I'm seeing the morale, of people, like, in the dumps. Like, people just not believing in themselves, and they're not having the confidence, and they don't know if they should or shouldn't. I'll tell you. If you have not made 6 figures in your business, you should not be trying to quit.

Audria Richmond®:

Okay? Because I'll tell you right now, the gets harder and harder as you make more and more millions of dollars. And I can speak to both ends of the spectrum. I can speak to the end of the spectrum when I went making no money, and I can speak to the end of the spectrum when you start making millions. I can speak to the spectrum when I when nobody didn't know me, and I can speak to the end of the spectrum when people do know me.

Audria Richmond®:

And so I would just tell you, do not quit. Okay? Put it in the chat. You won't quit. I need y'all to not quit.

Audria Richmond®:

Please do not quit because I'm tired of seeing really epic people, super dope people, hella talented, super amazing. Quit. Y'all need to stop quitting. Stop quitting. Stop quitting.

Audria Richmond®:

I'm not saying life don't get hard, but stop quitting. Stop making it so easy to quit. Okay? So let me know in the chat if you have, if you all have any questions. If not, we're going to call this live stream today.

If you're one of those people where your emotional state change when you see negativity, stay your off social media. Get on there to do what you need to do and get the hell off. Get on there and schedule your content. Get the hell off. Right?

Audria Richmond®:

Like, I just really want you all to not be so easy to quit. So what nobody got on your email list? So what nobody bought? So what you don't know how you gonna pay for this next thing. Get resourceful, but quitting should not be the first thing to do.

Audria Richmond®:

Quitting is actually the easiest thing to do because it requires you to not think of a solution. It requires you to not have to figure out what to do. Yeah. And that's the god honest truth. A lot of people do not care if you quit.

Audria Richmond®:

So you think you're doing somebody a favor by quitting. You ain't doing nothing but cutting off your own legacy and cutting off your own thing. You only been you only affecting yourself. You only affecting yourself because these other people that's winning, they gonna look for the next group of people who ready to win. Period.

Audria Richmond®:
