How to Create an Automated Sales Person Using Masterclasses

I am back with another audio newsletter. And when I tell you I am on fire about today's audio newsletter, we're about to have a really, really good time. And we're gonna be talking about my favorite topic, which is leverage. Right? I love talking about leverage, especially if you are a solopreneur, if you are a business owner that's still working and you wanna be able to leverage your time or if you wanna be able to create more time for yourself so you can travel more, vacation more, so on so forth.

Audria Richmond®:

So you are definitely going to love this audio newsletter. Alright? So today, we're gonna be talking about how to create an automated salesperson using master classes. So before we dive into the tips and all of those cool things, I first wanna talk about why I believe that a masterclass can be a salesperson. So think about anything that you sell.

Audria Richmond®:

I don't care if it's a product service event, it doesn't matter. Right? And think about what it takes to sell that product. Right? So let's say if you're an ecom, I have to come to an ecommerce, page.

Audria Richmond®:

I gotta look at the product, I gotta be able to read the product description. I gotta look at all the photos, and then I supposed to make a buying decision based on just that information. Let's say I'm looking to buy a service. I go to your website, you may have a service page, you may say, hey, we offer consulting and you give me, like, this bullet point list of what it is that you do, and that's supposed to sell me into your 5, 10, $15,000 coaching and consulting. Let's say that you are, wanting to sell coaching calls, you want people to be able to book a call.

Audria Richmond®:

Right? And I go to a calendar, and I'm supposed to just fill out a form and, you know, and that's it. You know, if you wanna book a call, me, it costs x and no context. And so the beauty in the masterclass is that it becomes the salesperson, and it becomes the salesperson because it's going to be the only vehicle that's predictable that you can, on repeat, have the same outcome granted that it's a good masterclass. Now inside the uncloned lunch circle, we talk a lot about automated webinars.

Audria Richmond®:

We actually just had a client inside the lunch circle who just made $2,000 from an automated master class. So the automated funnels work. They're not dead. I know that there's a lot of talk online about podcasting and YouTube and and all the things. However, we all need some form of leverage.

Audria Richmond®:

And so one of the things that we're going all in on this year is that I talked about this briefly that, you know, I had some hiring woes, and I felt like I wasted a lot of time trying to scale my business with team, which I really should have spent my time focusing on scaling my business with media and automation. That's probably the most predictable thing that I can do. And because hiring people and working with people and elevating people and getting people to a place where you need them to be great for the business, it takes a long time. And oftentimes, you don't have that kind of time when you're trying to generate sales. Right?

Audria Richmond®:

So if I need to go off and be a great leader and lead people, I need to be able to have some form of leverage that can still generate sales for the business while I build the team. Right? So that's why I'm so passionate about this. And furthermore, there's no one in your business, okay, no one in your business that knows your products and services better than you, the creator, the founder, the person who actually put it together. And so think about being able to you know, I used to work at Best Buy and when I worked at Best Buy, we would sell computers.

Audria Richmond®:

And what people would always ask us before they purchase a computer was, like, tell me, you know, I'm a person who wants to use a computer for, you know, surfing the Internet and checking email. Well, great. You don't need a super powerful computer versus somebody who's coming in and saying, hey. I am a online gamer and I need my computer to be super powerful and blah blah blah. And so oftentimes and this is where you will see a shift.

Audria Richmond®:

If you go to a lot of the most, like, companies like Apple, Best Buy is even doing this. If you go to their site, they actually are starting to create companion videos to sell people on getting the product. This is why I know this works, not just in the online marketing space, but we're seeing it across other corporate brands who get this. If you have something, a sales video. Right?

Audria Richmond®:

A sales video. Something that can educate someone and take them from I didn't know what you was talking about to I'm all in on what you're talking about. There's nothing that can do that other than video. This is why when I launch and I'm live, that works. Right?

Audria Richmond®:

And so people wanna see the person, they want to know about why did you create the product, what's the story behind the product, how do I get started with the product, what do I get when I get the product. So hopefully, I have sold you on why a masterclass is going to be your best salesperson. Alright? So let's talk about why I love automated masterclasses. Number 1, it leverages your time.

Audria Richmond®:

Think about this. Every single day, 365, anywhere around the globe, anywhere around the world, people can come to a page, learn about a free master class that you're teaching, which is an educated experience for that person to be able to not only learn about you, and the products and the services that you sell, but to also educate them on why they need it. And I think that's what's missing in my opinion from a lot of marketing, is that everybody wants people to just buy their stuff. I'm a be honest with you. I love educated buyers.

Audria Richmond®:

I love when people read our books. I love when people watch our YouTube channels, YouTube videos on our YouTube channel. I love when people listen to our audio newsletter. I love when people get to the end. I don't want anybody who's like a a a goldfish.

Audria Richmond®:

You know, as soon as something gets boring or they're no longer interested in it, they just abort. I want people who understand the value that they're receiving and they stay to the end. And that's another beauty about, the master class, it gets to qualify people for you. Right? And so it leverages your time, it works 365 without you, huge perk.

Audria Richmond®:

Your master class will get it right every single time. So let me give you let me tell you what I mean by that. So when I say that your master class will get it right every single time, essentially what I'm saying is imagine nailing your stories, nailing the pitch, nailing the offer, nailing every aspect of everything that you're going to teach, nailing your talking points, being able to spend time to go and source photos and imagery and anything that will back up what you're sharing, being able to take people on a journey. Right? We wanna get to the money so fast that we don't give people an opportunity to experience us so they can be happy about the investment that they work that they that they invest with our products and services.

Audria Richmond®:

Right? You want people to be proud of their investment. You don't want people to have regret. The people who do not for instance, I'll give you an example because we sell our mastermind. Right?

Audria Richmond®:

Someone who has experienced a brand, been through a launch is 10 times more likely to renew in the mastermind than someone who got in on a backlink and they didn't get indoctrinated through our marketing, through our automations, through our masterclass, through anything. They just came straight through the door and said they want in. Those people typically don't renew. The people who renew year after year after year are clients who actually engage with the brand, they consume the content, they're all in, they're paying attention, and so that's another reason why I believe and know that master classes is the way. Alright?

Audria Richmond®:

And look at it like this, you don't even gotta call it a masterclass, you can call it a demo, you could talk you can call it an introduction video. Masterclass, if people know what that is, you can call it a workshop, You can whatever. I don't really care what you call it. What I care about is this mechanism of what it's going to do to get people to say yes. That's what I care about.

Audria Richmond®:

Like, is it designed to take people on a path from I don't know who you are to take my money? That's all I care about. Right? Okay. So, another thing is your ability to make sales every single day.

Audria Richmond®:

So imagine, even if you have 5 people a day, let's say 5 people a day watch your masterclass and of the 5, one person buy. That's amazing. That's 5 people you didn't have to talk to and you didn't have to give 5 individual sales presentations. Now, obviously, you can get better than that. Right?

Audria Richmond®:

Let's say a 100 people watch your masterclass and, of the 125 of those people take your offer. We're talking about world changing, game changing numbers here, and the beauty of these master classes is that everything does not necessarily have to lead to a direct sale. It could lead to a conversation. So if you are a consultant, an advisor, a coach, and you actually need to talk to people on the phone, this gives you that ability to do that. Alright?

Audria Richmond®:

Okay. Another thing, it's a easy way to grow your email list. So every time somebody request that masterclass, they're getting on your email list. They have to give you their name and email. Right?

Audria Richmond®:

So you definitely wanna be able to leverage this in a way to be able to grow your email list. And then the other the last thing I'll say on why I love automated master classes. It's a great first step for anyone who engages with your brand. This is the best entry point from anybody who don't know who you are. I get DMs often of people saying who you are, you know, I saw you're real, but what do you do?

Audria Richmond®:

Right? So this is why no one could ever sell me on short form content takes people from, I don't know who you are to giving you 100 of 1,000 of dollars or giving you 1,000 of dollars. People have to go on an educated journey with your brand in order to make a buying decision. Alright? So that's why I believe it's a great first step for anyone who gauges with your brand.

Audria Richmond®:

I really do hope y'all enjoying this audio newsletter. It like I'm having so much fun teaching this. Alright. So moving on. Now let's talk about considering this when when designing your automated masterclass.

Audria Richmond®:

Now like I said, we go into great detail inside the uncloned lunch circle. We have an automated webinar launch style where we teach you the strategy on how you need to prepare and set up your automated training. We also give you a checklist, a lookbook, a tech list, And so it's pretty cool because we give you examples on how to set this up, and we give you the, you know, the the the strategy. Like, why would you create it and how would you set it up and so on and so forth. So it's pretty it's pretty fire.

Audria Richmond®:

But I do want to give you some pointers here just in case you're not inside the lunch circle or, you know, you wanna be able to just kinda get some level of traction. Right? So this is what I want you to consider when designing your automated masterclass. Number 1, what is the goal of the masterclass? What are you selling?

Audria Richmond®:

So be clear on it. Am I selling a course? Am I selling a coaching program? Am I selling an event ticket? Am I selling them on booking a call?

Audria Richmond®:

Because just because your call is free, you gotta sell people on it. Or are you, you know, getting people to do a pay call? You know, are you moving people into, are you selling them into the next thing that you got coming up? So just think about what what you what are you selling, right? What is the goal of the masterclass?

Audria Richmond®:

And this is the other thing too, and this is something you may have not considered. Every masterclass doesn't have to be for sale. I was actually thinking about this. I was like, you know what? This will be dope if I create a master class on getting to know me.

Audria Richmond®:

That way I'm not you know, if somebody came to my DMs and they're like, hey. I came across your your reel or I came across your content, and I just wanna get to know you. Like, is there a way to get to know you? And I think it's a great way for people who may not be ready to buy, but a way to get to know you. Another way that you can use a master class is how to work with you.

Audria Richmond®:

Imagine having a master class on how to work with you. Like, I'm getting so many ideas now. Like, I probably should make a list of, like, all the ways you can use a mass automated master class. I probably put I probably put something like that in the launch circle. I don't know.

Audria Richmond®:

So, anyway, so what is the what is the goal of the masterclass, and, and what are you selling?

Audria Richmond®:

The next thing you wanna think about is based on what you are offering, what do people need to know before buying your offer? This is so important. This is where I believe where people struggle with content because people always say, well, what am I gonna create content around? Your content should fill in the gaps before people buy from you. Right?

Audria Richmond®:

So for instance, if I'm selling a course on how to how to mask your natural hair, all the content that I have should be about, you know, how to know if you got, dry hair. How to know if your hair is not going to be, is is not, moisturized, so on and so forth. Right? So if you're teaching me how to hydrate my natural hair and, like, how to really take care of it, then everything I need to know before buying the solution should be the content. Right?

Audria Richmond®:

So what do you want people to know? And what are some things that you want people to know even if they know they need they don't need to know? Does that make sense? Let me slow my brain down because I'm getting excited. What do people need to know that they are not even asking you about that you know they need to know?

Audria Richmond®:

Hopefully, y'all got that. Alright? So based on your offer, what do people need to know before buying your offer? The next thing, why should they trust you to help them? Okay?

Audria Richmond®:

There are so many scammers online, okay? There are so many illegitimate people online and so, it's so cringe now because everybody don't know who to trust. It's like, oh, even me. It's becoming harder for me to identify who to give my money to, so I already know it's hard out there for other people. So just know it's becoming very difficult to prove that you are the one and to demonstrate that you are the one, And that's really how you need to show people that they can trust you.

Audria Richmond®:

How would you showcase and demonstrate that you are the one? The next thing, what stories, facts, and data do you have to support what you are saying? So if you're saying that this strategy is the best thing that's gonna help you go from x to x, then how are you proving that? What story do you have? What data do you have to back that up?

Audria Richmond®:

Alright? The next thing, what challenges, questions, and objections do you need to handle before making your offer? So a lot of the times people like to just, you know, see people on Instagram and then go straight to their bio and buy their product. Right? You haven't addressed their challenges, You haven't addressed their fears.

Audria Richmond®:

You haven't addressed their questions. You have not addressed their objections. So you need to handle that if you won't be able to buy. Right? And so your master class is the perfect place to handle all of that in one setting.

Audria Richmond®:

Right? And this is this is the next thing I want you to consider when designing your automated masterclass, what's your offer and how do you plan to position it and sell it? How are you gonna set it up? Right? How are you gonna set up the slides?

Audria Richmond®:

How are you gonna get people excited about your offer? What bonuses are you going to include, etcetera, etcetera. And then the last thing that I want you to consider when designing your automated masterclass is what are some FAQs that you need to answer? You want to pre think this because, again, this is automated. So what are the top frequently asked questions that people are gonna have?

Audria Richmond®:

Go ahead and address that on the masterclass so by the time they're ready to buy, boom, they in there. Right? So I had a breeze teaching this, as you can tell, like, I've been lit the whole time. I love talking about leverage, automation, funnels, the the whole night. Right?

Audria Richmond®:

So just remember this. Right? This should get you started. Just know that automated master classes are one of the best ways to leverage your time and most importantly, scale your marketing and sales. Alright?

Audria Richmond®:
