How to Create a Easy Trackable Win in Your Business

Audria Richmond®:How are you doing today? I hope all is well. Today, I wanna talk about how to create a easy, trackable win in your business. And the reason I wanna have this conversation is because I feel like I'm seeing, you know, a lot of people who are getting frustrated with the process. Alright?
Audria Richmond®:And when I say with the process, it could be with the process of anything. With the process of, you know, creating a launch, creating a product, publishing a book, making a YouTube video, creating a a reel, creating a social media plan, writing, you know, articles, going viral on LinkedIn. Like, there's so many things that, that frustrates people even before they can get to the win. Right? And the reason that I said I wanna kinda go over how you can have an easy trackable win is because if you can have some momentum with something small, then you could gradually build up on it.
Audria Richmond®:I think a lot of the times when we try to go straight for the biggest thing on our to do list. Right? Let's say you wanted to, create 5 you know, you wanna open up 5 pizza locations in your local hometown. That's a big thing to take on. Right?
Audria Richmond®:And there's a lot of little baby steps that will ultimately you that you're gonna have to do to get there. You might have to do, like, a 100 tasks, 200 tasks in order for you to see that happen. You know what I mean? And so sometimes we can get overwhelmed and bogged down by the things we said we wanted to do. We can get bogged down, by the dreams and desires that we said we wanted.
Audria Richmond®:And I think what frustrates me, sometimes when I'm coaching people is that they'll tell me what their goals is. I give them a checklist and then they'll be like, okay. The checklist's too long. Well, you know, this is what you said you wanted. Right?
Audria Richmond®:So I think before we can get into, like, creating easy wins, before we can get into some of the things that we can do, we first need to get clear on what is it that we want. And are you being honest with what you say you want? And are you willing to do what it takes? Because I'm a tell you right now, and I cannot think of a a easier way to say this. There's nothing easy.
Audria Richmond®:There is nothing easy. Yes. I'm gonna be talking about a easy trackable win, but guess what? Even the easy things, the the shorter things, the smaller things that I'm gonna be telling you to do, you're gonna have to put in some type of effort. There's nothing going to come to you by just, you know, hoping and praying and following people on social media that you like.
Audria Richmond®:Like, it's just not gonna pop up that way. And so what I really wanna see with everyone is for you to create some level of momentum as you're working on your thing so you don't get defeated in the process. Right? Because, you know, when you invest in things and you have a lot going on, you can easily become defeated when you realize, dang, I gotta do all that. And then think about this.
Audria Richmond®:Think about something you had to do that was very hard. I mean, you finally got on the other side of it and you realize, dang, if I would've known it was that hard, I probably wouldn't have did it. And I think that we have to kinda, like, unlearn that thought process because whatever we say we wanted to do, we gotta follow through on what we said we wanna do. Now that doesn't mean you can't change your mind and you can't switch it up and you can't move on to something else, but you do need to commit to whatever you said you was gonna do to a point of seeing it to the end. I talked about that earlier in a couple of couple of our audio newsletters back where I talked about, like, how to be more focused.
Audria Richmond®:Right? But today, I wanna talk about, like, how to create that momentum, in your work so you can be proud about what you're doing. So let's first talk about momentum and, like, how you create how how is momentum created. Right? Momentum is created by doing small things first, then continuing to do small things until they're turn into medium sized things, till they turn into big things, till they turn to grand things, till they turn into, like, oh my god, wow, this is a this is crazy big.
Audria Richmond®:Right? That's how it works. And so if you are trying to go straight to the super, super, super big thing without giving yourself some type of momentum or some type of win, you're going to quit. You're gonna feel like quitting. You're gonna feel like I don't wanna do this no more.
Audria Richmond®:You're gonna feel like you're in the wrong career. You're gonna feel like, don't none of this stuff that these people talking about on the Internet work. And the truth of the matter is you haven't set yourself up or created an environment for you to have a a space for you to win. And so that's what I really wanna talk about today. You can apply whatever I'm saying to whatever it is that you're working on, but I really want you to walk away with something that's going to be your quick win and and a bonus.

Audria Richmond®:Alright? So let's get into it. I recently found this supplement company on social media. Right? And I was excited about this supplement because it was something that I needed help with.
Audria Richmond®:Right? And so I you know, when you're when you're learning about a new company, especially when you don't know the company, you're doing a lot of you know, you're looking at the comments. You're clicking on the read more button on the ad, and you wanna see what other people's experience other people's experience is. Right? And then you wanna know, has somebody else taken this?
Audria Richmond®:You know, I know what the ads say. I know what the marketing say, but do this thing really works. Right? Because that's I mean, you can apply that concept and mindset to everything. We do it all the time, especially when we're making decisions on buying something.
Audria Richmond®:And so I decided to take the plunge. I went to the website. The website looked trustworthy. They had a beautiful design website. I'm a brand snob, so the branding was impeccable.
Audria Richmond®:And I was like, alright. Cool. Let me give it a try. Right? It's only 30 books.
Audria Richmond®:So I ordered this supplement, and I get it in the mail. Packaging is amazing. Right? I what I what I got is what they shared on on on their website. Like, it looked just like the packaging.
Audria Richmond®:Right? And so I began to start taking the supplements on, you know, you basically have to take 3 supplements, 3 of the pills per day, and I started taking them. And instantly, just like that, some of the something that I had been struggling with for a minute was starting to be noticeably gone. Right? And I'm thinking to myself, okay.
Audria Richmond®:Well, maybe this is a fluke. Day 2, take the supplement again. Oh, snap. Okay. We might be on to something.
Audria Richmond®:And because I had that quick win for that one day, it made me committed to taking those supplements every single day. And I have not missed taking those supplements since I purchased them, and I will be going back to purchase more. Why? Because, one, it created momentum for me because I saw a win. And for some of us, if you don't see a win and whatever you're doing, it's easy to believe that it doesn't work.
Audria Richmond®:It's easy believe it's easy to believe that you shouldn't be doing it. Like, it's so easy to be defeated when you don't see a win. So I wanna talk about how you can have a really, really quick win. Right? Now we're if you're like me, you're probably super excited about a lot of things you're working on.
Audria Richmond®:You're probably very ambitious around some of the things that you wanna work work on. But the thing that probably overwhelms you is that, like, man, I don't have a big team. You know? I may not have a big budget. How am I supposed to do these big grandiose ideas that I have if, you know, I don't have the team I need or if I don't have the the resources I need to, like, scale this thing up.
Audria Richmond®:Well, let's start small and then work our way to big. Right? So let me give an let me give an example of this. I want you to pick I wanna give you a challenge, basically. I want you to pick one thing that you can do in one day.
Audria Richmond®:Right? I don't care what it is, but I want it to be something related to your business. And if you're open to trying something personal, you could do that too. But because of, obviously, what I teach on, I'm more so talking about business right now. So I want you to pick one thing that you can do in your business in one day.
Audria Richmond®:If it takes more than one day to do it, it cannot be the thing you do. So if you like, I wanna write a best selling or a best selling book, You can't do that in a day, so move on. You know what I mean? And I know it's a lot of Chad GPT book coaches out there, but I'm not talking about that. I'm talking about, like, a real legitimate book.
Audria Richmond®:You can't do that in a day. However, you can write, a a compelling social media post. You could do that in a day. Hell, you could do that in 15 minutes, 10 minutes. Right?
Audria Richmond®:Depending on how compelling you want it to be. Right? So I wanna give you a list of some things that you can do in less than a day. Okay? Less than a day.
Audria Richmond®:Keyword, less than a day. I'm saying it over and over. Ain't nothing wrong with this audio. I'm saying it over and over so you can get it. But I want you to pick from this list, and if I didn't list something and you know you can do it in a day, do it.
Audria Richmond®:Alright? So the first thing you can create in a day is a checklist. Based on your industry and what you do, can you create a quick checklist? You absolutely can. Can you create a worksheet around what you do?
Audria Richmond®:If you go into Canva, you can find a lot of different templates that you can update and brand and make your own or you can create one from scratch, but you can totally make a worksheet in a day. Can you do a 1 hour mini class? Absolutely. You can do that in a day. Matter of fact, you could tell somebody, hey, y'all.
Audria Richmond®:I'm doing a class tonight at 7 o'clock on Zoom. Join me. Right? You could totally do that in a day. Can you record a 30 minute or less audio recording?
Audria Richmond®:Very similar to what I'm doing right now. You could totally do that in a day. Can you do a 30 minute or less video recording? Yes. You can do that in a day.
Audria Richmond®:Now whatever feels the easiest to you from a technical perspective and from a time perspective for you, because I already told you to do it in a day, I want you to commit to something, but I don't want you to stop there. Okay? I don't want you to stop there. This is how I want you to take this one thing you're gonna create and take it to the next level. When you share and tell when you tell people that you have this thing, this could be free or it can be paid.
Audria Richmond®:If you wanna be paid, there's more steps. You need a way to obviously upload this piece of content. You need a paywall. You need a way for people to be able to give you money. That's when we complicate it.
Audria Richmond®:Right? But I wanna give you a way to kinda create this real fast so you don't have to necessarily worry about the tech. There's this thing called a stand store, and then you can also utilize ManyChat. Right? Mini chat, if it's gonna be free, and then you could set up something like, a stand store, where you can upload this thing and then boom, up, at your pricing, at your payment merchants.
Audria Richmond®:And before you know it, boom, you you cooking with grease. Okay? So with that being said, I want you to add a call to action. Okay? And I want the call to action to be in alignment with your goals.
Audria Richmond®:So if you want more calls, ask people to book a call. If you want to grow your email list, ask people to get on your email list. If you want to grow your text message list, ask them to get on your text message list. Whatever the goal that you have, tell them to do that thing. If you want them to go to your shop and buy something from you, tell them to do that.
Audria Richmond®:But the whole purpose of creating this asset, you know, whether it's a checklist, worksheet, 1 hour minute mini class, 30 minute or less audio recording, or 30 minute or less video recording, this is something that you can create very short time, granted that you know what you're talking about. Now if you know your expertise, it shouldn't take you that long. You should be able to talk about whatever you do with your eyes closed. You should be able to demonstrate whatever you do with your eyes closed. Right?
Audria Richmond®:And so once you create the asset, you're gonna create a way for people to opt in for it. Right? So if you're using something like ManyChat, you can have them type in the keyword and then your bot automatically, send them what, you know, what they ask for, but then it starts a conversation for you to begin to learn more about them and ultimate ultimately, maybe turn them into a client or customer. And that's more so on the free side. If you're trying to do something, like, where you want people to pay for it, you can go and download your stand store.
Audria Richmond®:And so I started playing around with it. I know a few people who have it. I haven't set mine up completely just yet, but from the looks of it, it's super easy to get set up. It's very similar to like a Linktree, but for you being able to sell digital products and things like that. So what I'll do is I will share the link for you to be able to sign up for say Stay in Store if that's something you wanna check out.
Audria Richmond®:It's super easy to get set up as long as you have like a PayPal or a Stripe account and then boom, you can go out there and sell your thing. I believe if you focus on something that you can create in less than one day, decide if it's you're gonna give it away for free to get leads or if you're going to sell it to get money, your choice, but you wanna make sure your call to action is clear. If you want people to buy, tell them to buy. Hey. I just created a 30 minute training to teach you how to do x y z.

Now if you're gonna use ManyChat, you will have to make this post on your, Facebook, on your Facebook business page or your Instagram business page. Alright?
Audria Richmond®:So just keep in mind that, you know, these are some things you can do in one day or less. So I want you to commit to it. And how are you gonna commit to it? You're gonna come in a Facebook group and you're gonna say, hey. I decided to do this thing that's gonna be my quick win, and I plan to have it up by what day.
Audria Richmond®:I want you all to start committing to things and quit switching it up and changing it up when things get hard. Alright? So, hopefully, you enjoyed today's audio newsletter, and I wanna know I wanna know. Okay? You know where to find me.
