How Mastering Your Offers Makes Marketing EASY

Audria Richmond®:Hey. Hey, y'all. Welcome back. So today, we're gonna be talking about how mastering your offers makes marketing easy. And so, I recently concluded with all of the launch styles for one of our flagship offers, which is the unclown launch circle.
Audria Richmond®:And I was starting to really feel the ease in my spirit around having a product that's done. We've been working on the launch circle for the past 16 months. And so to have a product that is done, that people can opt in at any time and get access to everything, It feels really good to have that completed. And I wanna talk about when there was a time when I would like lunch and then have to go create the thing. And so it's already hard enough to market your business.
Audria Richmond®:Right? And I feel like a lot of the times when people when we start talking about, like, lunch, it gets hard and it's hard to get my business out there. It's hard to market my products and services. And I will tell you that there's 2 parts of your business. Right?
Audria Richmond®:You have the operational side of your business, which is, you know, how people learn about you know, how people come into your business, how you service the client, how you deliver on the thing that you promised and sold. And then you have the marketing side of your business, which is like all the content creation, the launching, the speaking, the, like, putting yourself out there. Right? And so, typically, when you are when you have one, both of these things are always something need to be fixed or created or done. You can always you can instantly feel that overwhelm.
Audria Richmond®:If you're always trying to figure out how I'm gonna deliver this product or service more efficiently to my clients or customers or or if you're always creating something new to sell. Right? Or you're always at capacity servicing clients, especially if you are a service provider, you will never have time to market. And if you do, you're like, it's hard. I already gotta service my clients and do all of this work for them.
Audria Richmond®:But, you know, on this side, I gotta do all of this. Right? So the thing that I want to the point I'm bringing home here is that, one, marketing is already hard. Running a business is already hard. You should have one of these things be more efficient for you so it doesn't be as hard.
Audria Richmond®:And so over the years, I wanna tell you, like, how how this affected me and my business. So I would I would 1, I love launching. Right? I love creating offers. I love creating things to sell.
Audria Richmond®:So that's something that I absolutely love. Right? And so as someone who absolutely love it, one of the issues that I will run into quite frequently is that whenever I would, you know, put up create a launch, right, I would always have to go create the thing I just sold. So, like, for instance, we launched the uncloned launch circle in November of 2022. And so for the past 6 months, I've been creating what is now officially done, if that makes sense.
Audria Richmond®:Like, over the past 16 months, we've been creating lunch style after lunch style after lunch style. It's now complete. And so there's a sense of calmness that comes over me. Like, the time we you know, when we also went and sold publishing like a pro, when we start selling that program, we had the one create the the idea for the product, then we had to go and launch the product, then we had to service the client who bought the product. And so there's always this thing where you're gonna always have the idea, then you have to go and outline, then create all the marketing behind it, then sell it, and then you gotta deliver on it.
Audria Richmond®:And I just wanna get you to a point where the things that you sell are done. I am so happy to report that all of our flagship products that we sell are completely done. All of our books are done, our planners are done, our courses are done, our digital products are done. All of our flagship offers like the unclown lunch circle, the unclown mastermind, the, you know, the unclown certification program that we just launched. Like, these things are done.
Audria Richmond®:So it feels good when I go out to tell people about it that all it takes for them to do is visit the website, click and buy. And so if you are in a place right now with your business where you're always having to create the thing you sell or deliver on the thing that you sell, Another example of this would be like, you know, let's say I did a launch and it came with a lot of 1 on 1 calls or if it came with VIP days or it came with some type of service component where we said we was gonna set something up or do something. I would always be trapped by my capacity. Right? I can only take on so many clients.
Audria Richmond®:I can only do so much so many things. And so it really kinda kept me in this rat race of, like, I can never really breathe on my marketing because I'm always delivering on the thing that I'm selling. And so the first thing the first place you wanna visit if you want to, you know, make your marketing a lot easy is you have to master your offers. What is it that you sell? So we have different types of offers that we sell.
Audria Richmond®:We have the uncloned lunch circle, which is our membership platform. We have the uncloned mastermind, which is a 12 12 month container that people can, auto enroll into year after year after year. Right? We also have, our certification program, which is gonna be 6 to 12 months depending on which track that people, you know, opt in for. We have publishing like a pro, which is on demand.
Audria Richmond®:So these different things that we sell, we sell a combination of courses that's already done. We have the Launch Circle, which comes with a coaching call. We have the mastermind, which comes with several coaching calls. And so when you think about whenever I go to market to sell these things, I have to account for delivery. And it's hard to kinda be in marketing mode when you're always thinking about how you're gonna package up the thing you sold and then how can you keep up the frequency of that.
Audria Richmond®:And so I just want you to know that, like, marketing your business is already hard enough, and it's gonna get harder. Right? The need to always be on for your marketing is no longer optional. It is now required. And so I need you all to understand that before you can go crazy with your marketing, before you can go crazy with your content strategy, you first have to master what you sell.
Audria Richmond®:You first have to master what your offers are going to be, and not just master what you sell, but how you deliver what you sell. So another quick story. When we you like I said, we have the mastermind, we have the launch circle, we had publishing like a pro. So, like, a lot of these different programs come with calls. Right?
Audria Richmond®:And so our calendar was originally set up where it's like one call a week. Right? And then it was like, this is taxing because how am I gonna find time to market if every other you know, if every week I'm doing 2 to 3 coaching calls? So I was on the phone with my homegirl, April, and we were talking about this. And I was like, hey.
Audria Richmond®:I'm always busy. I'm always, like, doing all of this stuff. What are some things that I can do? You know, I was I was basically, you know, venting to her about my calendar. Right?
Audria Richmond®:And how I felt like I never had time to market and, like, this, that, and the 3rd. Right? And she was like, you know, you remember that thing you used to do? What if you just, like, combined all your call? Basically, back in the day, I used to take all of my 1 on 1 calls and, like, batch them in one day.
Audria Richmond®:And She's like, what if you did that for, like, all your group coaching calls? Y'all, game changer. So this is when we introduced, uncloned coach week. Right? Because this this changed the game for us.
Audria Richmond®:So we we we introduced uncloned coach week, of May of last year, 2023. And when I tell y'all it changed the game, so we went from having no time to market to having 3 weeks to do whatever we want. We serve clients 1 week on, and then for the rest of the weeks in the month, we can launch. We can create marketing campaigns. We can go live.
Audria Richmond®:Like, we can go and speak. There were so it's like it's like our calendar just opened up with so much marketing opportunity. But a lot of that one had to do with getting done with all of our offers. 2, optimizing client delivery. Right?
Audria Richmond®:You know, especially if you have something that you do with your client and, like, creating our calendar in a way where it open up and allow space for marketing. Right? And so I I want you to know that, like, it's beauty in having your products done. You do not want to be in a place where every time you launch, you gotta go create some stuff and then you out for 3 months or 6 months, and then you gotta come back out of the, you know, the ground to come back up and be like, whoopsie. I'm back.
Audria Richmond®:Alright. Y'all remember me? Okay. So I'm back to market to you all. So you like I said, your mark you know, the way the market is right now, you cannot afford to pause in your marketing.
Audria Richmond®:You cannot afford to be out for 90 days servicing clients, and your marketing is not doing anything. Like, you really gotta get to a place where you have mastered client delivery so your marketing can, like, always be on. Right? And so I just want you all to know that if you want to make marketing easy, you first need to master how you you know, 1, you need to master your products being done. And if your products have a client service delivery aspect to it, How can you optimize it in a way like we did with unclone coach week to set it up where you are making it easy?
Audria Richmond®:You know, basically, how can you set it up where you are making it easy for you to, you know, market yourself in a way where you have the time to do it. Right? So for us, incorporating coach, we gave us 3 extra weeks to just market every single month. So if I wanna do a speaking gig this this week, a launch this week, and something else the the next week, I can do that. Or I could say, I'm a do speaking this week, I'm a do launching this week, and then I'm going on vacation this week.
Audria Richmond®:So all of that because of how we, you know, organize our calls working with our clients. And so when we talk about mastering your offers and your client delivery, that's when marketing becomes easy. Because guess what? Now that we have the launch circle done, the mastermind curriculum, and all of that is done, we just coach our clients. Now that we have the certification done, publishing like a pro is done.
Audria Richmond®:Now that all of these things are done, we can incorporate all of the client delivery in 1 week for coach week, and I don't necessarily gotta worry about, like, creating new stuff. Right? Yes. We update our programs accordingly, but it's all about knowing that I'm done and knowing that I can have more fun with my marketing. Like, I've been having so many amazing ideas and amazing strategies on how we're gonna make our marketing so much bigger and better this year because I'm no longer working on a thing I'm selling.

Audria Richmond®:You know, if it's a good match, they sign up. Boom. We onboard them. Done. Like, getting to a place where operationally, your offers are done, your product suite is done, you're not always in creation mode.
Audria Richmond®:If you have a client delivery component, how can you maximize it in a way where it's more efficient for you and your brand so you can allow yourself the space you need to market? Because like I stated before, marketing is doing nothing but getting harder and harder and harder. And the need for you to always be on, whether automated or live, is now required.
