Audria Richmond®:How are you all doing this past weekend? I got the most clarity ever. Okay. As you all know, we talk a lot about building an uncloned brand and what it takes to build an uncloned brand. And one of the things that we speak a lot about is having a vision, having a plan, knowing where you're heading.
Audria Richmond®:A big part of being an uncloned CEO is knowing where you're leading your company, even if it's just you. Were you leading you? Right. I think that when we are small companies and we are solo preneurs, we often think that like, oh, I don't need a vision. It's just me.
Audria Richmond®:Like, who's going to read it. Who's going to be here to execute on it. And if you don't know how to develop discipline for yourself, or if you don't know how to develop discipline as a CEO, if you don't know how to lead yourself, you won't know how to lead a team. And it's one of the reasons why I was very calculated in how I, expanded my team. I wanted to make sure that I was mentally ready and that my confidence would be there.
Audria Richmond®:Right. And so the very first time I had my vision, my vivid vision, created, it was about seven pages long and it was cute, right? It was really cute for where we were in business in 2020. But now that we're in 2025, I reimagined what our business would look like and I have way more clarity and depth to our vivid vision because one, I'm the one that thought about all of it. Very first time I had mine written, I was interviewed a little bit and then I had someone to write it out for me.
Audria Richmond®:And then this go round, I wrote it 100% for me and what I had been dreaming of and what my vision, you know, some of the things I've been saying I want to do. And our current vivid vision is now 17 pages because the whole point around your vivid vision is for you to be able to hand off that document to your team and for them to read it and know where they are, where we're heading. But also your vivid vision serves as like the the plan for the next three years. Like this is what we're doing for the next three years. And that's how you know your vivid vision is solid when you can write it out and it has depth and details.
Audria Richmond®:And when you write it out, it's future pacing, letting people know where we're heading. It should feel like, oh, I want to be a part of this when your team members read it or when anybody read it. And then once you have it, you supposed to distribute it internally to your organization and then externally. Now you may be thinking, oh, it's just me, Ardrea. And I know every I know everybody who is a part of our community have some people have teams and some don't.
Audria Richmond®:But majority of the people who are in our organization is rocking it out by themselves. Yes. Yes. You. When we say your organization, you still have an organization, whether it's one person, 100 people, 10 people, five people, you and a virtual assistant, it doesn't matter.
Audria Richmond®:You still need to have a plan on where you're heading in your business. Right. And so the reason that I'm doing this audio newsletter today is because I realized the clarity and the motivation and excitement I got all over again. I remember how excited I was when I created my vivid vision the first time. And then the second go around is like, wow, in 2028, like all the things that we had planned, like we have planned on what we're going to be doing.
Audria Richmond®:So in 2025, we got some dope projects in 2026 and 2027. And like, it's crazy the amount of projects and the impact that we're going to be able to make. And I'm getting excited about it because for the first time I have a vision is so big that I need a team. I got a vision that's so big that I can't do it by myself. I have a vision so big that I'm going to have to evolve and change and be a new person.
Audria Richmond®:If you're working, if you're waking up every day and you're asking yourself, you know, what am I supposed to be focused on today? What is the thing that I supposed to be doing? You don't have a vision like every day you should know exactly what you're doing. Oh, I supposed to be doing this and this and this and this. If everything you're doing currently is happenstance is random.
Audria Richmond®:There is no structure to your day. You're just kind of waking up and just like, what am I doing today? You need a vision, right? I say this a lot and I've been preaching this inside of our Unclone community. Hopefully, you are part of it.
Audria Richmond®:If not, you can head over to Unclone.group and join us. But I feel good knowing that as the CEO of Unclone Media, we have a 17 page plan that if anybody asks me where we're heading in the next two to three years, right, I can show them like, hey, this is where we're heading. And I also love that this document serves as a guide for the people that we hire and when we bring them on board, if they're not for the vision, they got to go. It's like, it's so dope y'all because like, let me just kind of go over some of the sections inside my vivid vision. So inside my vivid vision, it starts with an opening about like who is uncloned?
Audria Richmond®:Why do we exist? Who do we serve? Right. And then it also talks about who's going to be leading this vision and what it looks like. We also have our core identity that's part of the business.
Audria Richmond®:Like, how do we think? How do we function? How do we operate in the world? How do we serve in the world? We also have our product suite that's in a part of our Vivid Vision and then it breaks down each part of our different offerings that we have.
Audria Richmond®:And then we have a section for core values that we have internally that our team operates from. And then we talk about our customer service experience and what's that's going to be like. Then we have a section for training and team excellence. What does it what, what do our new team and organization structure look like? What do our training arm of our business look like?
Audria Richmond®:What do our publishing division look like? It is super detailed. What do what do it look like to expand our team, our operations? What do our global expansion plan look like? I mean, it is detailed.
Audria Richmond®:Okay. I'm trying to see what else is in here, how we market, how do we build up brand equity in the next three years, What type of projects we're doing? What type of marketing projects we're doing? What does legacy look like? When I tell you it is fulfilling, every time I read this, I want to cry, right?
Audria Richmond®:That's how vivid your vision should be. And so if you want to learn how to write your own vivid vision, go get the book Vivid Vision by Cameron Harrell. Also, little hack. And this is what got me down this rabbit hole with this. If you go to ChatGPT, if you're familiar with how to utilize AI, but if you go to ChatGPT and you've been using ChatGPT and ChatGPT has a lot of information about you, your organization and everything, you can literally say to ChatGPT based on what you know about insert company name and me, you, the CEO, write my vivid vision.
Audria Richmond®:Right. And that was a starting point for me inside of ChachiBT. And I continue to keep like I spent the whole day really going back and forth on like, no, remove this now. That ain't it. At this actually, this is where I want to be at around this time.
Audria Richmond®:So like it knowed me like it. It knowed me. It knew me. Right. And inside of the because I use Chatuchu a lot, it it was able to pull from these different things that it knew.
Audria Richmond®:It knew about our accelerator. It knew about our awards program. It knew about the chapters that we want to be able to start all over the world. It knew it knew all of those things. And so it was able to pull from that.
Audria Richmond®:And so if you were training your AI, it knows you. Right. So anyway, I'm excited about my vivid vision. And I just want you all to know that if you're unclear, if you're unsure, if you're still guessing and trying, you're still wondering what you're supposed to be doing, it's because you have not sat down and thought about the future of your company, the future of your business, the future of you, like who do you need to become in the process?
