8 Benefits of Launching Besides Making Money

Audria Richmond®:Hey. Hey, everybody. Welcome back. So I'm excited about today's audio newsletter because I'm gonna be going over the 8 benefits of launching besides making money. I know oftentimes when we talk about launching and putting our products out there and marketing and telling people about what it is that we offer, oftentimes, we really don't talk about or think about the other benefits, and these are the things that I teach my clients when we're talking about launching.
Audria Richmond®:There's other benefits outside of making money. So I'm gonna give you 8 benefits. Yes. 8. 8 benefits that you get as a byproduct of just putting yourself out there, as a result of just launching.
Audria Richmond®:Alright? So the first benefit you get is increased brand authority and credibility for your brand. It's something about people seeing people go out there and put themselves out there. Right? And so one of the things that you don't really get to see on the on the receiving side of the thing, when you put yourself out there and you put this huge marketing campaign out there, people are ears are going to perk up.
Audria Richmond®:They're gonna be paying attention. They're like, who is this person? Like, what's their name? Where did they come from? What's their story?
Audria Richmond®:You know? Why did they pop up in my news feed? So you can begin to build brand authority to an extent by just putting yourself out there because as you begin to establish authority and credibility, you are now putting yourself in a category of 1 if you launch frequently enough. One of the reasons that I'm known is because I launch. You know?
Audria Richmond®:I didn't just get known just because I post on social media every day. I got known by running ads. I got known by, speaking on other people's stages. Like, me launching played a huge pivotal point because every time I launch, I get to create my own stage. I get to create my own platform, and I get to do exactly what I wanna do so people can get to know me, my brand, and how I can help them.
Audria Richmond®:Alright? Benefit number 2. You get new leads for your email list and SMS list. So there is no faster way on the planet to grow your email list outside of launching. The other best way is running some type of lead generation thing that works behind the scenes, evergreen, and you gotta pretty much be running ads to that.
Audria Richmond®:But when you launch, think about all the people that's signing up for your webinar. They're signing up for your challenge. They're signing up for your, wait list. They're signing up for, you know, something that you're working on launch related. They're getting on your they have to get on your email list in order to participate.
Audria Richmond®:So every time that you launch, you're gonna grow your email list. You're gonna have new people that get on your list. And let me say this, if you're putting yourself out there and you notice that your email list don't grow when you're putting yourself out there, that means you it's time for you to get in front of a new audience. Right? That's a whole another audio newsletter.
Audria Richmond®:But just know that if you aren't getting enough people to join your email list, let's say you put something out there and your email list is not growing. Number 1, are you driving traffic to the right place aka your opt in list, getting people onto your email list? Let's say you're doing that right, you probably have reached the capacity of who you are targeting. Right? So if you don't run ads and let's say you only post on Instagram or you only post on Facebook and you got, like, a 100, 200 followers, then you gotta keep in mind, at it's only so many times you could post before the same 200 people gonna see what you have.
Audria Richmond®:Right? So just know that whenever you are running a launch, especially if you're targeting new people, you are going to grow your email list as well as your SMS list as well. When I say SMS list as well, sometimes when people opt in for our lunches, we also encourage them like, hey. You wanna get text message reminders, go ahead and subscribe here. So we're it's kinda like we get the best of both worlds by having people join our email list as well as our SMS list.
Audria Richmond®:The next thing, alright, the next benefit, you get growth in following across all platforms. Every time we launch, I get followers across all platforms. Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn. I get connections on LinkedIn. Everything grows when I'm launching.
Audria Richmond®:That's that's that's that's why I love launching y'all. It's kinda like I get to, like, put a a kaboom on my brand whenever I launch because, like, everything grows. Money, email list, authority, credibility, all of those things. I mean, I'm gonna get into some more benefits, but just know that when you put yourself out there, you are making people aware of your existence, your brand, and ultimately the solution that you have to offer them. Alright.
Audria Richmond®:So we talked about the increase in brand authority and credibility. We talked about new leads for your email list and SMS list. We talked about growth and following across all social media platforms. The next benefit to launching is community growth. So if you have, like, a Facebook group, a private Slack channel, a Telegram group, or some type of, like, channel where you are cultivating community, you will also grow that.
Audria Richmond®:Every time we launch, we grow. We get new members into our Facebook group. Right? About 100. So just keep in mind that if you have, like, a Facebook group, a Slack group, a Telegram group, a Discord group, a Circle group, a Mighty Networks group, you know what I'm saying, fill in the blank.
Audria Richmond®:Right? I know a lot of people on school. You got a school community. It's a free community. You can grow that.
Audria Richmond®:So just keep in mind that when you put yourself out there, people are naturally going to cultivate and be a part of those communities. Now your job is to keep people excited and, ready to stay a part of your community, but it will grow if you're putting your brand out there and if you're launching. Alright? The next benefit to launching is brand awareness. Right?
Audria Richmond®:I know a lot of the times when we talk about brand awareness, we think that's like, oh, that's reserved for the corporate brands. That's that's reserved for the Fortune 500 and the Fortune 100. Let me say this, if you don't see yourself on that level, why are you doing this? Like, that's a real thing to be thinking about. So when I'm putting myself out there, I realize that I'm building a brand despite what anybody is saying.
Audria Richmond®:And if I don't make myself if I don't make myself, put myself out there for people to see me, then, ultimately, no one is gonna know about my brand. So the more you launch, the more brand awareness that you build, and you're ultimately getting people to remember you. Right? That's the whole benefit to having that brand awareness. And then the next benefit to launching is speaking opportunities.
Audria Richmond®:Every time I launch, someone asks me, hey. Will you be on my podcast? Come can you come and speak in my event? I'm hosting a summit. Can you come and be on the panel?
Audria Richmond®:Can you do come and do q and a? Like, every time. So, again, you know, I know there's a lot of people who follow me that are public speakers and professional speakers. You're like, how how am I gonna put myself out there? How am I gonna get the next speaking gig?
Audria Richmond®:Start launching. Start putting yourself out there. Because if people can obviously see you speak at your own virtual events and at your own platform, they totally want you to come and speak on their platform. So that's that's that's a great byproduct to getting people to notice you and pay attention. Alright?
Audria Richmond®:So the next benefit is press opportunities. So every time that you launch, when you put yourself out there, you're gonna have major publications that's paying attention. You're gonna have people who wanna feature you in a magazine, who might want to feature you on their blog, who might want you to come and, you know, be on their their talk show or TV show. Like, again, if you're not putting yourself out there, you're not making yourself known, it's very hard for people to find you. Alright?
Audria Richmond®:And the next one is the last benefit is growth in network. I have some of the dopest friends and a lot of them has come on the back of me launching. Right? Being on putting myself out there, people participating in my challenges, participating in my webinars, doing business with me, and I've been able to cultivate a really dope network because the benefit around launching is like like and let let me say this too. Because this puts you in a whole another category when you begin to launch.
Audria Richmond®:When you are launching, alright, you have to keep in mind that people, are naturally want to hang out with people who launch. Right? Like, I don't have a lot of friends who lunch. So the ones that do lunch, we have lunch debriefs, we could talk about ad spend, We could talk about how many new clients we enroll, so on and so forth. That's not a relatable thing that most people doing because most people don't lunch.
Audria Richmond®:And that's not you, my friend, because you're a part of uncloned community, and there's no reason why you should not be launching. And not just launching, but launching uncloned. Right? So So let's go over those 8 benefits one more time that that's a great byproduct of launching besides making money. Right?
Audria Richmond®:So increased brand authority and credibility for your brand, new leads for your email list and SMS list, growth and following across all social media platforms, community growth, meaning new people in your Facebook group, new people joining your Slack channel, etcetera etcetera. Brand awareness, speaking opportunities, press opportunities, and growth in network. So hopefully, this has fired you up to want to launch and put your brand out there.
