3 Marketing Systems That Will Grow Your Business

Happy Memorial Day. Hopefully, you're having a great holiday. And today is like no other. I am dedicated to sending you an audio newsletter every single Monday, and today is like no other. So I have personally been working on all of the different marketing systems that we have in our business, and I've been studying our business for the past 15 years.

Audria Richmond®:

And I've been looking at what is working in our business really, really well, where are those growth opportunities, and what area, you know, are we kinda slacking on and we really not like, need to go back and go all in on. Right? And I really nailed it down to 3 marketing systems. And so before I get into the 3 systems, I just want you to know that, like, it's only a few ways that you can grow your business. Right?

Audria Richmond®:

When we talk about bringing people, into your business, you're either going to have, like, a Salesforce, you're going to do a major event, or you're going to be doing something consistently enough to bring people into your business. Right? And so when I think about marketing, you're either selling 1 on 1 or 1 to many. I'm personally a huge fan of 1 to many, mainly because, you know, 1 on 1 is just not scalable. So if you are utilizing 1 on 1 to get clients and customers, you're gonna really love this system that we're talking about today because it's designed and powered by doing one to many marketing.

Audria Richmond®:

And so the reason that I kinda concluded with these systems that I not only just studied my business and what we could do and where was the what were those growth opportunities. I also looked at the market to see what are people doing really, really well and, like, where is this huge growth opportunity. Right? So here are the 3 systems. Right?

Audria Richmond®:

My goal today is not to keep you longer than I have to. Right? So the first system is your content system. And the best way to look into your content system is basically you putting a system around being consistent with an authoritative piece of content. So for me, every single Monday, we send this audio newsletter out.

Audria Richmond®:

This is a opportunity meet opportunity for me to continue our relationship together, but it's also a way for me to showcase, my expertise. But on Wednesday, we do another piece of content. And so we go live on YouTube every single Wednesday, and we started that in May 2024. Now that's my content system now. Right?

Audria Richmond®:

I don't have a consistent strategy for Facebook, Instagram, like all of these different platforms where you're constantly creating reels, where you may constantly be writing post on Facebook. You wanna think of your content system as something that you can consistently do without fail that drives leads and sales and authority in the marketplace. Right? So with the audio newsletter, it's it initially started with just my email list. So typically, you know, who's ever on my email list have already bought a book bundle.

Audria Richmond®:

They may be in a lunch circle. They may be a a current Mastermind client. So it's a a lot of things that's going on with my email list. Right? It's for the most part, majority of my email list, people have purchased something from me.

Audria Richmond®:

But in the outside world or people who don't know about me, that's where my YouTube videos come into play. Now we did recently start distributing the audio newsletter on Apple. That way, anybody can find it, but we don't mass market that is on Apple. It's kinda like if you're on an email list, you'll find out about it on Apple. And if you find out about it outside of us, then it did what it was supposed to do, which is to get discovered by new people.

Audria Richmond®:

And then our YouTube strategy is that the reason we went with YouTube is because we can publish a video every single Wednesday, and it can get discovered by new people just by keywords. So I'm saying all that to say that when I think of a content system, I'm thinking of a content strategy that's that's systematic and is something that you can do on repeat with the outfield. Now you can go through seasons of your content system. It doesn't have to be something that's set in stone. It can be something that you change your mind about.

Audria Richmond®:

So, like, maybe, you know, we're doing this audio newsletter every single Monday, and we're doing this video every single Wednesday, but then I realized that, you know what? We did the audio newsletter every single Monday for a year. It didn't do what it need to do, so we're gonna chop it. But it doesn't mean that we don't need a way to have a content system. It doesn't mean that just because the audio newsletter didn't do what it needed to do, doesn't mean that I shouldn't have something that is going out every single week on our company's behalf to continue to to continue to have the conversation with our community, but to also build authority and credibility.

Audria Richmond®:

Hopefully, that makes sense. Alright? So that's the first system. The second system is your live launch system. Now most people don't have this system, and if they do, they're very successful as entrepreneurs.

Audria Richmond®:

This is where I love to teach. If you know me, inside of The Uncloned Launch Circle, then you already know this what we all about, launching. If you're in the mastermind, you know this what we all about. Launching is how I built my brand. So launching is about you.

Audria Richmond®:

It's just look at launching like hosting events. Right? You're hosting an event. It has a start date and an end date, and you are intentionally designing that event event to take someone from not knowing you to knowing you and ultimately buying whatever you offer during your event. That's the best way that I can explain launching to you.

Audria Richmond®:

But if you're not live launching, meaning if you're not launching and I'm a give you some cadence just to kinda help you think through, like, how often should I be launching. Right? So if you're not launching, every quarter or once a year or, once a month. And the reason I'm giving you these different cadences is because how frequently you launch is really determined by how big your audience is. So let me give you an example.

Audria Richmond®:

There are some people who launch once a year and they make 1,000,000 of dollars and they don't they open and close their program one time a year. But those people also have collectively across all social media platforms over a 1000000 people in their reach. They have over a 100000 people in their email list. And so some of us does not some of us do not have the liberty to be like, you know what? I am not going to I'm only gonna launch once a year.

Audria Richmond®:

Like, some of us need to launch frequently enough for ourselves to make sense. Right? And so you can launch once a year, but typically, when you see people launching once a year, think of that like the Super Bowl. That only happens once a year. It's just this huge grandiose event.

Audria Richmond®:

And that's another thing. If you are going to launch once a year, it gotta be a big deal. Like, you know when certain people lunches come around, it's you you know that, like, they making a lot of noise, you're seeing a lot of ads, so on and so forth, because that is their major that's their, their Super Bowl. I often say Major Bowl. That is their Super Bowl, for, you know, for the year.

Audria Richmond®:

And so this could be you doing an annual event. That could be considered like your, you know, your your Super Bowl. But the point I'm making here is if you are going to to launch one time a year and do it a big way, you gotta go big. Right? And the reason I'm saying is because you're putting all your time and energy over, you know, for for 11 months into this one day or weekend or week.

Audria Richmond®:

So you wanna make sure that if you are gonna launch once a year, then it makes sense. But the next cadence you wanna have is every quarter. So if you launch every quarter, that's cool because every 90 days, you're in you're you're doing a event that's going to draw attention to your brand. Right? And then, monthly is for if once you get the the hang of launching, then it's going to be pretty systematic because you've already wrote the emails, you've already created the product, you already got the feedback, you already got the reviews, etcetera, etcetera.

Audria Richmond®:

Right? So having a live launch system is basically you having a a, dedicated calendar for how frequently you're going to launch, and you stay consistent with that. So you either you're either going to launch every single month, every quarter, or once a year. It's your choice. Right?

Audria Richmond®:

And then if you wanna mix it up and launch, you know, 2 times a year or whatever, feel free to do it. But if you gonna do it, do it. Don't play with it. Because I see a lot of people be like, oh, I launched and then I go and look at the stuff and I'll be like, you did not launch. You made an announcement.

Audria Richmond®:

Right? And so there's a big difference between making an announcement about what you have and doing a lunch about what you have. Right? So there's that. Now the next thing I wanna talk about is, the last system and honestly, again, only the people I know that have this this next system are millionaires.

Audria Richmond®:

Right? And this is a system that I don't see a lot of service providers and product people take advantage of, and that's your automated marketing system. Y'all, we could have so much fun with our automated marketing system if we would actually automate our marketing. So let me give you an example of what this could look like. This is a automated masterclass.

Audria Richmond®:

Right? Somebody go and watch a masterclass. They learn about what it is, you know, you, your offer, what it is that you have. And at the conclusion of that mass class, you give them a call to action that makes sense for your brand. If you're selling a high ticket service, maybe getting people to book a 1 on one call may be the next thing that they need to do.

Audria Richmond®:

If you are selling a course or a product or service that's very inexpensive and maybe you're driving people to take a trial or download your app. But maybe you're driving people to take a trial or download your app. But just keep in mind that, like, when you have an automated system, that means that it can work 365 without the need of you. Now why would you need all 3? I'm about to tell you.

Audria Richmond®:

Now your content system is your weekly thing that you do to stay relevant. Your live launching, system is designed for you to make a large month you know, large amounts of cash in a you know, doing your event. Right? And then your automated marketing system automated marketing system is your system that allows you to make money every single day. Hopefully, that makes sense.

Audria Richmond®:

Now I'm not saying that with your content system, you won't make money, but the way I kinda look at the content system is there to build authority and credibility. It's there to nurture the people that's already a part of your business and community. It's there to, get you discovered by new people. It's there for brand awareness. Can you make a direct sale from telling people like, hey.

Audria Richmond®:

Cool. You could click the link in my bio or type in the keyword or whatever. You can, but a lot of people treat oh, I won't go go here, but here we are. A lot of people treat their content system like their live launch system in their automated marketing system. And I'm not saying that you can't make money from social media content because you can.

Audria Richmond®:

There's a lot of people who do that. But again, when I started the the beginning of this audio newsletter, I'm all about leverage. Right? I'm not trying to be a slave for Instagram or YouTube or any other platform. And the only the other two systems is really dedicated on is is is based on you.

Audria Richmond®:

Like, are you gonna show up and live launch every single quarter or every single month or once a year and make a big deal out about it and and and rally up and get people to buy your products and services? Right? Are you gonna put in the automated system? You know, it takes a lot of both the last two system I said takes a lot more energy and effort. I'm just gonna be 100 with you.

Audria Richmond®:

You know, to do a live launch, you gotta create all the assets. You gotta write all the emails. You gotta put all the marketing and automation in to in place. You gotta show up and participate and do the the live thing. You know, the automated marketing is the same thing.

Audria Richmond®:

You gotta prerecord your your master class. You gotta set up the funnel. Those last two systems, yeah, it takes a lot of work to set it up. However, they give you the biggest paydays. You know, content, you gotta it's it's very sporadic.

Audria Richmond®:

You know, you, one, gotta make sure your your videos and stuff are getting enough views and enough, you know, visits and people looking at it. You also have to keep in mind that, you know, once people start looking at your content, are they actually engaging with it? You know, are they leaving comments? Are they saving? Are they clicking the link in your bio?

Audria Richmond®:

Are they are they adding the keyword? And so a lot of people who can just make money strictly from social media without anything else, they pretty much have a very engaged audience. And if that's you, thumbs up. However, if you got the content system down, then put the live launch system in place. Put the automated marketing system in place.

Audria Richmond®:

If you like, for me personally, I've had the live launch system down pack. Like, I can launch with my eyes closed. Like, that's nothing for me, but I can be I I need to improve my content system and I need to restart my automated system. So for me, imagine having all 3 of these systems in place to grow your business. You got your content system for authority, credibility, and nurturing.

Audria Richmond®:

You have your live launch, live launch system for bringing everybody together to to sell your products and services. Like, look at this as having a huge payday. And then you have your automated marketing system that's designed to make you sales and money every single day. Because, obviously, if somebody is sitting in a pitch every single day or sitting in a master class every single day, and that's working on autopilot with you. Imagine what that can do for your business.

Audria Richmond®:

So anyhoo, I know, this was a lot, and I pray that you really understand these three systems and you're like, man, I need to put these systems in place. And then our automated marketing system, we about to rent run it up. Right? So I'm super excited.
